Default 1916 No.1 Mk.3 Lithgow For Sale

1916 No.1 Mk.3 Lithgow - Price: SPF
Overall VG/VG+ condition with no rust/pitting. Matching (receiver, bolt, nose cap, rear sight, and magazine) with what appears to be an arsenal matched replacement barrel. Thin finish throughout that has turned to a slight patina. Bore is EX with very distinct lands and grooves with shine throughout. Stock is VG showing evidence of commonwealth service (stock reinforcement screw) and one previously repaired upper hand guard crack at forward end (see pic). Brass butt plate and front hand guard cap are loose but do not affect function. Butt stock shows a possibly suspicious date and/or serials (see pics). Slotted for magazine cutoff but not installed. Correct headspacing with SAAMI "FIELD" gauge. Authentic WW2-era stamped/marked sling. Import marked on left-hand side of rear receiver.
First "I'll take it! " will trigger a "SPF". Used firearm, so please have a qualified gunsmith inspect before firing. Sold as is, no returns. Payment in the form of USPS money order or certified check due within 10 business days. FFL/C&R are OK (if FFL on my end is need, then please add an additional $50 fee). Shipping/Insurance/Signature is $35 for CONUS (Alaska/Hawaii extra).
Thanks for looking!

Were the Lithgow rifles made in Australia?
Thanks!
