Default 1911 GI replacement slide markings???

My Service grade "GI replacement" slide is marked with the letters TZ and the "part#/drawing#" 7790314 in stamped on the other side. Is there any place to find out who made this slide? Is there a cross-reference list/chart somewhere? ........Thanks for any input...

My service grade also arrived with this type of slide. When I researched it I found that the TZ mark indicates Israeli made, IMI, under USGI contract.

TZ manufacturer is IMI..... Israeli Military Industries. They r one of several companies who made replacement "hard slides" in the 60s. Just google hard slides n u should come up with a list of manufacturers and their codes.
