I do not know if it is any help to you, but I have a Lee Cast Turret Press and all of the items you are asking about work fine with mine. All my Lee dies work just fine with my RCBS Rockchucker Press.

I would think they would use standard thread and hole sizes on their products.

The lee hand primer has specific shell holders that only work for the hand primer, might be what you were thinking?

That is the older CH single stage aluminum press. I have one for loading 38 special. You can purchase different rams for other calibers form the new CH company that will work for the older CH press I mentioned.

At one time Lyman had their True Line, 310 series of dies that had a 5/8" threaded body. Today 7/8"-14 is the standard for reloading dies. As mentioned above, shell holders were once incorporated in the press ram, but RCBS came up with a "Universal" design which everyone uses today (with the exception of some priming tools)...

I have an older Lyman turret press and one of the holes is larger than the others which are 7/8". I called Lyman and asked if they had a bushing for the big hole but the guy told me I needed to buy a new press. I fooled him, I just do not use the big hole.
