I received my DBU yesterday (2/9/16) for a a Service Grade. Since this is my first carbine, can anybody tell me where to buy reliable 15 round mags? They don't have to be USGI although that would be nice. Korean is ok from what I've read but I want to avoid Pro-Mag.
Thanks in advance.

Congrats! Still waiting for mine, but I ordered a SG garand at the same time, so I won't find out if i made the carbine cut until it hits the estore. I regret ordering the garand now.

I have found the Korean Mags work fine and leave my USGI at home. The Korean Mags come in two flavors, one holds the bolt back, the other allows the bolt to go home after the last round like the USGI. I have both and they work fine. They look and act like USGI. Just do web search for Korean M1 Carbine mags several places will have them in stock.

Thanks for the suggestions on finding mags. HelenSlack, I was wondering about the bolt hold open option and whether it would decrease reliability. It seems that the Korean mags will be my best bet.
