Default 600 yd brass

Just curious if there are favorites, or ones to avoid, for 600 yard loads?

I have lots of:

LC
Win
WCC
RORG
RP
PMC

As far as I know, all of it's fine for 600 yard shooting, but curious on other's experience?

Follow-up question:
I have lots of standard LC over various years - not sure if one is advised to sort by year?

More consitant to sort by weight than by year.

Size them

Throw them all in a bag

Mix them up

Load them

Go shoot 600

Seriously....there are not many rifleman that will tell a difference in accuracy by the use of different head stamps. In all actuality, I barely see a difference at 1000 yards with a Palma gun....for real.

Lazy engineer - For 223 rem, I do load once-fired LC for my 600 loads only one time and then cycle them to the brass I use for 200/300. I reload my short line brass another 4x for a total of 6 firings including factory firing. While scoring matches, I have seen armor calls to the line and decided I want none of that....especially due to case head seperation. My LC is all the same year, but I would probably not sort by year if they were different lots. By the way, I did try some once-fired Hornady cases which I fired the factory loading...I was getting 1-2 cases per 10 with lineal splits in the cartridge case body. I had enough of these to stop using Hornady brass. For 308, my load is the same for all distances and so use LC and WCC cases exclusively.

I'd use the LC or WCC but that's just me.

I'm shooting lapua brass at 600. Does it matter? It does in my head. My hornady held up well over the past year and half, 5 loads plus factory. But it is now retired to doomsday brass.

What makes Lapua brass any better than LC brass after the first firing and subsequent processing?

I buy just a few hundred of the same lot. No need to weight sort. The fairly rare head stamp id's my brass on the line. The primer pockets remain tight. The cases don't grow as much as any other brass I've ever used. I'm not saying anyone needs lapua to win matches in service rifle. It is very nice brass. Hornady I liked, but it went from min to max every firing.
