I am down to my dead last long shooting sling, a 54" which I have equipped with the third "long" keeper.

Someone contacted me about it, but I have no affirmation.

Anyway, for those who wonder, I will not have more of the 54" or 60" version for at least a couple of months, it appears.

This might be accelerated some, but I cannot guarantee that.

Please e-mail or PM me for details.

Thanks.

I still have a couple spare B.A.R. slings with the 3-keeper setup.

Best to e-mail me if interested, but I do check PM's on here if/when I can.

Still getting reports that PM's "disappear".

email sent, interested in a 54" sling with brass hardware. Color of leather not an issue.

I am out of the "long" slings entirely for at least a month, maybe longer.

However, I have LOADS of standard, issue-style M1907 units in a bewildering variety of finishes and markings and so on.

Shot a few frames of the brown "MILSCO 1942" clones.

They're quite attractive and unique.

Five frames in all, here are links to 3:

Got a couple of the brass-hooked MILSCO 1942 on hand, too.

Last of the premium JT&L 1942 just left.

Have a premium ROCK ISLAND ARSENAL 1918.

Very nice.

If anyone needs a particular color or style, it'd be real smart to contact me very soon. My inventory is dwindling, and it's important to reserve stuff while incoming orders are in transit.

Have more brass-fixtured MILSCO 1942 coming in about Wednesday or Thursday of next week.

Should mention: I use polarized studio flash and a lens polarizer when I do those closeups, so the colors may appear richer in the photos than they will to the naked eye.

These do accept neatsfoot or other conditioners, so darkness can be controlled. The one on a friend's rifle is a rich, dark brown.

In the photos, of course, the techniques and extreme closeup is employed to provide high definition and minimal "hot spots".

The idea is to show texture and detail.
