Default Fulton Armory M1 Carbine

I see on their website, that for $2K you can get a GI receiver guaranteed to shoot 3 MOA.
My question is, is 3 MOA hard to get out of a US GI M1 carbine?
They state: "our M1 Carbines dominate the CMP Games year after year." I have not been to any CMP games, for those who go, is that true?
I am not wanting to do a roast, I just don't know.

The barrel is new not G.I. Accuracy has to do with with the new barrel.

I've shot a couple Fulton Armory carbines...my opinion is a coin toss between the WWII carbines & Fulton's accuracy. My Underwood shoots a 3 MOA @ 100 yards. Only cost me $700. I'd rather have 3 USGI carbines @ $2100 than one Fulton for $2000.

A Win carbine I purchased from CMP years ago easily shoots 3 MOA and have a CMP Inland that is almost as good. Neither are modified. Ammo was Aguila. With higher quality ammo it would likely shoot even better.

Plus, theses carbines are in well beaten Win and Inland stocks with a lot of proof and rebuild marks. I love their character.

I like Fulton and have two M14 barreled receivers built into rifles and they work great so I trust them as builder. However, USGI M14s are not available to us consumers as M1 carbines are.

So, buy USGI.

You have to be at the right place at the right time, I've bought 2 in the last year from people in the parking lot at gunshows. I just ask whats the asking price and Bingo. A rockola for $650 and an Underwood for $500. A friend of mine picked up an all Inland except the bolt at a gunshow as he was leaving, the guy headed into the show said he would take $500. Al bought it and the guy turned around and got in his car and left, he had accomplished what he was headed to the show to do

Have seen that before but with two pieces of cardboard with string connecting them front and back. Kinda like the old sandwich signs of years ago....
