Default Bbl Band question

Who produced the Bbl band with a bayonet lug and a diamond with a small d in it stamped on the side? I couldn't find it in any books I have.
Thanks, Austintexas

Default Barrel Band

It was made by Donaldson Co. Inc. of St. Paul Mn.
It was made from June 44 thru April 45.
Does it have any markings on bottom of bayonet lug?

This is on an Inland with a '45 bbl. I'll have to go to my buddys shop and double check the bbl date, serial # and under the bayonet lug. I'm hoping it is correct for a late Inland.

Default Barrel Band

According to Carbine Club newsletter 356 that barrel band was made as a replacement part. The subcontractors for Inland type III bands were,
American Swiss (AI), American Rad.Std.San. Corp(SI), Johnson Skate Co.(JI) or Knape and Vogt (KI). This info was in CCNL 206.
