I thought about leaving at lunch to swing by and get it. Well I decided to stay and donate plasma instead. I spent to much money this month when I went out to Cali to see my older brother get his last promotion.

Default Saturday Opening Report

There were 6 customers at opening and a few more shortly after opening. Racks were full. Five rifles were sold at opening, 2 RG Specials, 2 SA FG (one with original USMC Maintenance tag from 1960’s and a SA Mark I 1903 with original 8-19 barrel.

Armors today are Ellyn and Jeff.

Inventory hasn’t changed since yesterday’s closing report.

There was an interesting SA FG with a stock stencil “146 Evac Hospital “, which I’m guessing was in Vietnam..

Good luck on your searches.

It sure looks right and has been around since 1961 so could have been in Vietnam in the early 60s which would have been right for M1s before M14s showed up. Pretty interesting stock.... thanks for posting..

OK. The juju worked. I was able to get the FG with the with the USMC tag and my buddy Paul got the IHC with the IHC stock and neat MedUnit stock marking.
Another great saturday.

Glad your voodoo methods worked out Rob. When you said you were going today I thought "well now that tagged rifle needs to stay put until Rob gets there..."

I figured it would be an early closing report, Bama game started at 2:30 CDT.
