Or just confiscate all small arms from private collections. Take the ammo too and "they" would have more than needed.

I walk roads picking up old wheel weights. Just for exercise you understand.
What about the war over in the Sand Pile ? It's been going on for the last 18 yrs. So I think your statement could be false about the war would be over before a single plant would be making parts. We probably be rebuilding the carbines over two or three times while the war was going on!!!!!
