I stopped by the CMP range store at around noon, lots of IHC and WRA, one correct grade and a few specials, the correct grade SA/NFR stock.

One interesting M1D in rough finish beech stock, splinter heaven and as blond as can be.

Hit the Anniston Store busy, lots of buyers, nothing called to me again.

Maybe next time...Greg

Default Sa fg

Best guess in no for this week and maybe for next week. Seems they have more WRA and IHC available than SA or HRA...

Any visitors out there seen the Filipino Garands yet? I'm anxious to learn the dominant condition characteristics of this population of Garands (if any).

That M1D is a Winchester - and "rough finish" is an understatement - it looks like someone carved it with a chainsaw. The rifle looked nice, though.

I just couldn't get past that stock.
