Got this on a SG with all correct SA parts and matching 10/43 receiver and barrel. All it needs is a correct stock and early gas screw

SA-war time stock that went through a rebuild at Benicia Arsenal. BA and proof P on bottom of pistol grips are the tell tales.

Why no SA markings then? Do the marking under the butt mean anything?

Likely sanded off any SA cartouche. The markings under the butt plate confirms a SA stock. I believe I read that SA was the only one to mark under the plate.

And that would explain why there are 2 proof marks?. An orginal that is barely visable and the one from the arsenal that refinished it?

Yes, and sanded during the rebuild. There is no way to know if the stock is original to the barrel/receiver or put on sometime later from another rifle.

Correct is good enough for me. I don't think I'll ever own an all orginal

No way to know for sure but if the rifle was rebuilt at BA and acquired that stock during the rebuild and unmolested since then from a certain point of view it would be a "all original" rebuild. To a rebuild collector a unmolested rebuild is a gem.
