I am getting my paperwork together today and have a question about the dates matching on the various pages.
If I send in my form today for the lottery but decide a month from now to buy a 1911 from the auction, can I send in page 2A with today's date? That is if I were to get two pages notarized today, one for the lottery and one for a future auction. |

I believe a notarized form is good for three years, from the date notarized.

This! Send in your "lottery" package. If and when you buy something at auction, CMP will let you know what else, if anything, is required and you can attend to it at that time. As has been stated repeatedly, don't overthink the process and make it more complicated than it needs to be!
