Offer them for sale. A collector will pay a premium for sealed bags. Take the money and buy more from a reputable dealer.

OSP&E sets or kits. I had at one time probably 2 to 3 dozen of these in various packaging. Some were in similar white bags such as yours, others in fiberboard, cardboard, boxes and some in a heavy brown paper "envelope". All these various OSP&E sets/kits were sealed when I acquired them. I opened only one, boxed set, to inspect the contents and all was nice NOS components inside. I sold many of these sets years ago. I did keep examples of each in my collection, all remain sealed and will remain that way. I would NOT open them as these are rather rare now. If you choose to sell it I would ask a minimum of $250. It is a collectors item for a serious M1 Carbine collector.

The source where I acquired mine years ago, at least 15+ now, told me that back in the 1960's and 70's surplus dealers/gun shops that had these kits would open them up to sell the individual components.

In this case...unopened is worth more than the components.
