Default Left hand M14 announced by Bula Defense Systems.

Yesterday Bula Defense Systems announced the release of their new first, a left handed M14 type rifle in a few different configurations. Absolutely amazing how this company has continued to provide rifles and component parts requested by the end users. Congratulations to Jeff Miller and his gang.

That's really something. Can you build an all Bula rifle?

As a left eye dominant right hander, I would've been all over this 20 years ago, but I'll stick with an eye shade and my Bula DMR. 10thmountain, my Bula is all Bula parts except (I think) the rear sight and flash hider. The accuracy of the DMR that Jeff built approaches that of a full blown Armscorp lugged match rifle from 20 years ago.

The M14 was practically designed with left handed shooters in mind, and I shoot my M14s better left handed than I do right handed.

I have seen actually pictures of the first one assembled. I even got to see pictures of the receiver in the raw.

As a lefty............... it's a solution looking for a problem.

The M1A has always been left-hand friendly...................

Flip the model, mill the parts. A lot easier in the modern days of multi-axis cutters.

It will certainly generate some looks at the Shot Show, but because its weird.
