HRA didn't make M1s until the 1950's. WW II ended in 1945.

Thanks - not being wiseacre...didn't know...I was only 8 in 1945...glad I didn't order an HRA ...Want WW2 only..have 3 SA now.

Actually, the Korean War has never ended with a final peace agreement. The parties only signed (27 July 1953) an armistice agreement, still in effect, in which all sides pledged to work on a final peace agreement which has never been reached. It is, however, generally considered officially over.

That is a lot of missing serials. Is there any speculation about what happened?
