Help identifying correct parts for Winchester

So it appears I need a type 3 trigger housing and not sure on the slide. I was told a type 3 for that and a type 5. I have to order the Riesch book but in the mean time does anyone know what types I should have with a serial number of

The trigger housing should be type A variation III, it has no bevels front or rear and no lube hole on left side behind mag release. The slide should be an E379 (9/16" wide arm).

To use Riesch's descriptions, You need a type 3 trigger housing and a type 4 slide.

That is my go to site as well. Click on My Carbine and enter you manufacturer and serial number.

I would not use that site to establish if a carbine is correct. It appears to be from an earlier version of Riesch.
It is full of errors as well as incorrect serial ranges.
