Default Barrel

In picture #4 (Top of barrel) is that "MARLIN"? I can make out the "LIN" and think I see the faint "MAR". Anyone else notice? Still a nice carbine!

I believe you are correct Sir. As far as I know only Underwood and marlin barrels had the concentric rings the length of the barrel. My NPM has an Underwood barrel.

Yes, it’s a marlin barrel , from what I have read they were used on NPM
