SA-52 Question

There is a 4-digit receiver currently on auction described as "M1 Garand SA-52 Receiver 7859". I don't know much about SA-52s, so for my education, what identifies this receiver as one? It does not have the stamped SA-52 that I can see.

No SA-52, I guess entered wrong. 4 digit receiver it should say.

I'm the lucky winner of that auction. Arrived today, definitely not an SA-52. Must have been a typo in the listing. I bid on it because I wanted a 4 digit not because I thought it was an SA-52 so all is good. Pretty grimy but no rust, I think it will clean up nice.

Tester I have always wanted one yet not been able to get one
here is some old information about them I think it sheds a little light but if anything it offers a glimpse on the rebuilding process of M1’s During the Korean War .

I just bought one From Novak on site.. Had one years ago was SA-52 & 0-66 on same receiver. Had to sell, needed funds about 7 years ago. SAD DAY!
