Default Ammo headstamp

A few years back, I purchased some 308 ammo headstamp RG 60 L2A2 I'm assuming radnor green 1960. is this ammo corrosive? Any problems using it in a m1a or 308 garand?

Radway Green BAE produced 7.62 NATO is good to go from the M14/M1A platform. Considered by most to be the best NATO surplus ever produced, including LC US manufactured stuff. Non-corrosive, berdan-primed ammuntion. Mine love the stuff. Down to my last 1500 rounds of it.

Jeremy is on to something. It may be counterfit ammo. Mildly corrosive Chinese production Norinco. Never heard of that, but looked into it. RG 60 was the headstamp. Odd to be marked .308 Winchester as well. Should be 7.62 NATO.
