Default Two tone buttplate

I just acquired a bedded SAI commercial walnut stock which has a two tone buttplate, outer swinging arm is zinc park and base is black and of unknown finish type. I just saw a similar buttplate on another fiberglas military stock for sale on this site.

Is this a GI buttplate setup or an assembly of GI/commercial parts or what?

Cant say if yours is USGI or not but its normal for the colors not to match
The outside flapper is steel so is parkerized, the inside is aluminum so cant be parkerized. Not sure exactly what the finish is but is paint like material,

The aluminum buttplate was anodized originally and colors vary from grey to olive . Painting was used for refinished assemblies.
