"Hello what I have here is 58 pieces of fired M1 30 carbine brass. While they are in a condition where the could be cleaned and reloaded, ebay has policies restricting sales for "ammunition parts", so this auction is intended solely for their collectability as brass fired from a M1 carbine during such wars as WWII, Korea, and Vietnam. "

"collectability"...that must be the reason for the price!

I wonder how many pieces 23.9 THOUSAND pounds of spent .223 brass equates to.

At 90 grains each, figure about 1.85 million.
