Default IBM Carbine

Received 4/15/2016
1943 IBM Field Grade
Muzzle 2+
Throat 3
Probably not the most accurate but It appears to have the original barrel & no obvious export markings or pitting.

Pictures are not great because I took them in the Fedex parking lot on my way to work.

Let me know if you want to see any other pictures.. I plan on taking more at lunch

Here is my field grade inland I received 4-14. Everything is real nice but the stock is an egg beater. Shoots and functions perfect[URL=http://s620.photobucket.com/user/bajamike/media/Mobile%20Uploads/20160414_104131_zpsypq5q2x5.jpg.html][/URL

Never did get around to posting a photo of my Carbine in its new stock... this rifle was made possible entirely by members of this board!

Quick stats: James River Armory "Rock-Ola" new forged receiver, 1950s barrel, repro type 1 band, SG flat bolt, push-button safety, and Inland (?) high-wood stock with 2-rivet handguard. Mocked up to look correct for mid-late war WWII. Kept the adjustable sight because it's easier to use at the range.

My first - found at a local gun show last month - a 1944 Inland with August 1944 Underwood barrel and most, if not all, late parts. The bandolier is dated November 1953.

And with my one and only Garand, a CMP 1942 Springfield Field Grade.
