Default Vintage Sniper Lee Enfield No.4 Mk II

Is the No4 MkII legal for use in the vintage sniper match? I only see the No.4 Mk.I listed

There is only the No4Mk1 "T" because its the only model No.4 made officially into a standard sniper rifle.

Not to mean you could not drill & tap a No.4Mk2, clone scope & mount and rings affixed and compete in the match.
