Default I'm interested in the Philippine crates the Garand come in

My wife is Philipino and my kids are half. I would love to get some of the crates when they are available. Is there any change you will offer them?

The shipping may make it prohibitive. We'll have to see.

Might as well ask, does CMP have PI shipping crates in house?

How about availability for take out only. Not the right phrase, but for those that would drive to the store to buy one?

They dispose of the crates in the stores. Several threads on it.
They won't ship (see above) but I am sure you can find a straw purchaser for the right fee :-)

The million dollar question! Or is it the elephant in the room?

FWIW from Mark Johnson's wife on the Philippine rifles...
From the end of April 2017.....
We don't anticipate having these up for sale until late this year/possibly early 2018 depending if and when the Secretary of the Army transfers the rifles to CMP.

Wonder if there's pallets and crates full of millions of rounds of LC M2 in the warehouse too, maybe that's why they're blowing out the remaining HXP?

When crates are available I plan to drive down there from Michigan to pick some up. If they are free, great, if not, I'm ok too. I'm not doing it looking for a deal. I won't be selling them anyway. Heck, if they have some that are broken up, I would like to take the sections that I could salvage from the broken crates and cover a wall in the room.
