Default Winchester sights

What is the start date for stamped adjustable sights on a WRA carbine? Were they found in the 5.7 million range?

Yes I believe they used them around that serial number range.

My 5.7 wra carbine has the stamped adj sight. It is marked with the H in a shield and believe it was issued with that sight. Purchased it at south store fall of 2009 and only non-wra coded parts were a flat inland bolt and an umarked push buttom safety, and even the safety might have been original with the carbine judging by the even color/patina.

Correction: The later added bayonet lug was not wra coded; is marked with a sideways Q.
