Default End of Production Standard Products Carbine

Is there a “highest known” Standard Products carbine? Ruth and Duff’s book The M1 Carbine Owners Guide gives an approximate end of production as 2229000. I have one purchased in 2008 from the North Store at 2229115. It has the correct rear sight, milled, adjustable, as per War Baby. It does have the barrel band with bayonet lug, which I believe was a later addition. Thoughts? Thank you, Bob

They go up to 2,238,xxx.
All the late ones I have seen had type 1 or type 2 rear sights and a type 2 band.
Look for flip rear sight stake marks outside of the Type 3 stake marks. If there, the type 1 sight stake marks are very small and look like a line on the edge of the dove tail.
