Default What to do with cracked receiver?

Was doing a cleaning last month and noticed a crack in the receiver on the bottom and left side just behind where the lugs lock in! Ugh...toast! I bought a new receiver from a member here and having a gunsmith change out the receiver. I am a shooter ( not collector ) so I am just glad something bad didn't happen!

My question is what do you do with a cracked receiver? Paper weight? Hood Ornament? Just wondering....

Some one would buy it for a display, or non-firing carbine.

I think some one would pick it up for $ 100.00.

Demill so no one accidentally gets it thinking it's ok and puts it together. I wouldn't want to be even remotely responsible for any injury as a result.
