Yes, but as I mentioned, isnt this increased accuracy only true at very long-range distances that almost nobody actually shoots at? In other words, who really cares.

I recall reading that snipers would swap it out as it was more accurate at very far ranges, but they were the ones who figured this out because your typical infantry shooting at 100, 200, 300 yards didnt notice any difference because at typical ranges there really wasnt an accuracy difference. I'll have to see if I can search and find that info because I swear I'm not crazy and recall reading this.

impossible. if it's more accurate at the very long-range, it's also more accurate a say, 100 yards. this is a rule......

your argument is 'how much more accurate/does it matter'

as a hand loader, oh yea, a 'little more accuracy' is a good thing.

Boy, I just missed out on this buy. I just didn't want corrosive ball ammo. Had we known it was AP, I would have bought a couple cans. I have to learn better how to read between CMP's lines.

I was at the NS yesterday and Bob said all the AYR they had was M2 Ball. I bought a can out of couriosity. AYR 3. Haven't opened it yet.
