I remember KA to be good shooting stuff. Corrosive so, clean accordingly.

I thought it was the PS ammo that had issues and only certain lots. Do I remember that wrong?

Have not shot any Korean in a long time. Maybe I mis-remember.

Chlorate ("corrosive") primers. What is left from the potassium chlorate oxidizer is potassium chloride (akin to table salt) which is quite hygroscopic.

The best way to "pre-clean" after shooting corrosive ammo is with water or something water-based. The water easily draws the salt into solution and it can then be wiped/flushed/washed away.

After the pre-cleaning step, proceed with your regular cleaning regimen.
