just picked up a rem 03a3..to save time and effort where should the settings on the rear sight be for 200 yds and where should they be at 600 yds thanks

Too many variables. For one thing there are different front blade heights, not to mention variations in ammunition. You will need to sight in your rifle with your ammo.

Umm, at the 200 and 600 settings marked on the rear sight if the rifle has been properly regulated.

If not, as the wagon said, it's anyone's guess.

To save time and effort, start at 25 yds from the target. Zeroed there, (holding center mass), you will be close at 200yds. Bore sighting isn't a bad way to start, either.
