Buy a shot out A3 and replace the barrel with a Criterion or just get a drill rifle from CMP and do the same. Good Shooting. ..

My last score at 600 yards with a 2 groove barrel was 184-5X. That was shortly after they changed over to decimal targets. Those were my pre-Distinguished days, so I might not have done any better with a Model 70.

You're going to have a really tough time finding a Springfield 1903A3. They so rare they don't exist. You will be much more successful finding a Smith Corona or, easier still, a Remington.
