xm15e2s,
How do you pull up the remaining inventory numbers on Midway? I have never run across a button or screen that shows that info. Thanks!

You add a large number to your cart and they will say sorry we only have this number left.

Use 300 or so and it comes back sorry. Use a large enough number.

Remove them from your cart when you get your answer so not to disrupt their count system.

The collectors sets aren’t moving which tells me prices are too high and will cause the secondary market to dip.

After learning how to check Midway inventory per xm15e2s, I checked the used graded inventory. As of the time of this post, there are 76 grade 3, 383 grade 2, and over 1,000 grade 1 (the order button only goes up to 999). Looks like the lower grade cheaper bayonets are moving. I will be watching to see if the higher grades go on sale.

Also, the 1969 individual bayonets are back in stock at $99.99 each.

I suspect we will see the higher grade individual bayonets on sale eventually.

But the collector sets might not get marked down a bunch IMO. There are only 288 sets left total (unless Midway is holding some back). That is not a lot, and word is still just getting out.

The secondary market will definitely be impacted. It will take a good while for the market to absorb this number of bayonets, especially right on top of the Italian made bayonets.

I’ve been reading more of Gary Cunningham’s information. Based on MSN numbers he published and dates given, I predict. Any dates before 1970 will be Connetta manufactured, and the 1971 will be Bren Dan.
