Default Question on Carbine parts

I recently got an Inland racker and being new to carbines noticed some markings on several parts that I could use help identifying. The trigger group is marked Q-NL and the slide is marked SG. Anyone know who may have made these parts? TIA

Do as I did, go to Amazon and buy U.S. M1 Carbines, Wartime Production By Craig Riesch.....You will learn most all you need.....

Also,go to the carbine SALES page. There is a link to a LIST of contractors/SUBcontractor manufacturer codes.
