Default Double Data on Inventory Report?

Printing and Inventory Report and finding several guns are appearing twice.
I have verified that there are not double entries on the tree or the same gun with two different Unique ID numbers.
Data appears the same, except in two cases the "cost" is different.
Also, I have several lines where there is no data, except for Appraised Value is $0.00.
Where is this extra info hiding?

Question Hidden data?

I can speculate but t is hard to say for sure without actually looking at your data. Can you send your nmcswDB folder to me? If you are comfortable sending it on-line we can make arrangements including a secure FTP account that I can provide for you to upload it to. If not, can you snail mail it to me?

One thing you can try is to look at your data in the Statistics view and see if you can find the hidden data there.

That was a fast reply!

Yes, the data does appear twice in the Statistics View.
Can you PM me the info on sending it to you on-line? I would appreciate any help.

That's great. Double click the duplicate in the statistics view and you will be taken to it in the tree view. You can then delete it from the tree view.

Be sure to back up your data first in case you delete the wrong one. You can make sure you delete the correct one by changing some value in it first and see if you see the difference in the statistics view. Go to both from the statistics view and verify that they are in fact two different items in the tree view before you delete one of them.

This should save us the trouble of going through your database.

Thanks,
