Sure most of us are here for the rifles but who else collects 45s heres mine,the only phony is the one with wood grips it's aold star military in 9mm

Nowhere to go but up from here; a couple of S. American copies of the colt(second generation copies at that). I like the top one because the markings indicate it is the Argentinian version of the border patrol.

Picked up this Colt 1943, condition is just ok, but could not resist owning a war time 1911. On the other hand the Boyt 42 holster is in great shape.

Yoour holster looks to good to be true. So does Tinpigs 1917. I coould be wrong.

I know what you mean. I was given the holster by a friend about fifteen years ago. I don't know what to look for to see if it's a repo but it looks almost new only a few small marks on it.
