Projected Ship Dates (A statistical analysis)

One comment and although not even close to even liking math, I have projected dates for projects many times.

Once the vast majority of 1911's are boxed up, folks who were doing other admin things -background checks, double checking files, double checking documents, will be freed up, possibly even shipping folks (sounds odd, but we did the opposite, around x-mas, we used to help fulfill orders).

So, exponentially shouldn't the notification process shoot up dramatically once all assigned numbers for this batch is given? (I already have an RNG).
