Remember: condition, condition, condition.
I just wish they still had the 52D stripped barreled receivers. I finally got everything to build on and they sold out before I could order one.

1. The item number is R22M52D, not r522m52d.

2. If you actually read the description above, it says sights are missing and scope blocks may be missing.

Well, there's that.

Well whatever the price was, I think I'm going to like this one.

I put my Lyman Super target on it and will get it to the range on Sunday.
And it looks like I got a "D/E" trigger.
Here is a few pictures.

I got my CMP 52D back in 2003. I seem to recall that the cost was about $375. It's a fine rifle in excellent condition with a heavy barrel. The good old days...

The bolt seems to be the hard part to get.... I got triggers easily... All the small parts on a "D"are hard to find and $$$.

Bought my 52D in June 2011, $572.95 shipped.
Unfortunately mine came with the "C" trigger.
Basically what we had shot when I was in college.

I keep kicking myself for not buying an HR 12 at the time, since most of them looked unissued. And I might need the barrel to replace a truck axle sometime.
I keep watching the For Sale section, and have missed out on more than 1 M12. Some day....
