Default CMP does it again

A few weeks ago i picked up a chromed Garand from the S. Store. When I got home I realized I didn't get a certificate. I emailed customer service, attaching a scan of the invoice, and a week later received a certificate in the mail. With all the CMP has going on right now, what with the 1911's, Garand shipments, etc they are still tops in customer service. Thank You!

2 Garands my buddy received last week were missing them as well. I am going to try and get him to email CS.

Look in the cardboard box for an envelope. Bet it is there with the invoice. It will only be in one of the boxes.

I did not receive a certificate initially for my Chromed Garand either, but received one in the mail this week. I did not even call customer service...it just showed up.

He looked in the box and it was not there... Guess he will have to call.

You have to look under the foam in the cases sometimes.
