My RGN is#9447 - one number behind yours. Interestingly, I am also in the KC area. I got the call from the CMP on Tuesday afternoon 10/15/19. My pistol shipped on Wednesday 10/16/19 and I picked up my Service Grade Remington Rand at my FFL yesterday 10/17/19.

I'm very new to the 1911 platform so I've got to check her out, clean her up, and try to get out to the range soon!

In my first picture, I see an SA stamped into the lower. Is that Springfield Armory meaning that this pistol went through both Springfield and Letterkenny?

Appears to be a late WWII (or post-WWII) SPRINGFIELD ARSENAL build that later went thru depot level maintenance at LETTERKENNY ARMY DEPOT sometime after August, 1962.
