Default Trying to order an M14 stock...

Hi folks, I'm directing this inquiry to the North Store because I live in Alaska. I've been trying to order a PS113 M14 stock set, used, w/metal @$35.00, but keep getting kicked off the order page because CMP lacks proof of my citizenship. OK, no problem, I can understand that. Last evening, Aug 21, I faxed a copy of my Alaska State ID card and Garand Collector's Association membership in order to establish citizenship and organization affiliation. I do understand you folks are busy, but I'd appreciate it if you would enter the appropriate info into my CMP Forum participant files so I can place my order. If any problems my e-mail address is listed with CMP Forums under nmckenzie.
Many thanks for your help.

Neil J. McKenzie

I do not believe a state ID satisfies the requirement for proof of citizenship. I am pretty sure you must use a passport or birth certificate. (Copies acceptable)

nmckenzie, from the sales page of this website:

Proof of U.S. Citizenship: You must provide a copy of a U.S. birth certificate, passport, proof of naturalization, or any official government document that shows birth in the U.S. or states citizenship as U.S.

And that list does not mention a DL as proof, because we all know it isn't.

By the way, the North Store does direct sales, not mail order or estore orders for northern states. You should communicate with customer service via phone or email. And the forums have no association with estore.

Appreciate your advice. I've mailed a copy of my passport to CMP Customer Service, so will wait a few weeks to insure my US Citizen status is filed with CMP and then get back to the e-store. Thanks again.

Hi McKenzie,
you ole @#&!$ it wasn't difficult to locate you.
Seems you're "still crazy after all these years."
Merely search WWII weapons universe! it's your old pal Stan,Cooper 1965.
Drop me a line before time runs out on us ole buddy!

Default nostagia! Stan

mckenzie, I don't have a M14 stock, but I'm trying to contact you regarding Cooper, 1965 and the antique rifle you or your dad had around that time.
