Help Identifying this Slide Release?

Wondering if anybody might know which company manufactured this slide release. I couldn't tell from coolgunsights.com. The undercut is different from any of the others I've seen.

It looks like a type 1 Colt & Remington made them that look like yours, 14 diamonds on edge and diamonds are parallel with top edge of arm. SA made a type 1 as well but it has 12 diamonds on edge. Yours looks to be Colt or Remington.

Thanks for the info! I couldn't find any pictures online that showed this well and identified the maker. Either way it was not original to an Ithaca most likely unless they were using Colt or Remington parts in late 1943.
