Curious... when did u send this rifle to get fixed and when was it returned?
It was shipped back to me May 25, and I did not get back to the range until July 2

I got back only what I sent, and I had sent the original 10 fired cases with the rifle, and they came back too.
I know they did something because the flash hider was not on snugly on the returned rifle. Again, upon receipt, I asked what was done, and never received a response.

OP:
Can I suggest you do two things?

- Would you take your sized and ready to go, but with no bullets, cases and simply drop them in the empty clean chamber as the rifle is pointed down. Then turn the rifle vertical and tell me if the cases simply drop out of the chamber or not? (leave the action open the entire time, just let gravity do it's thing, drop them in, flip the rifle up and see if they drop out......)
(PS..... do this with a bunch of them, say atleast 25 cases...... and make sure the chamber is scrubbed clean and dry)

-Next do the same with your loaded cartridges? And tell me which get stuck or not?

Thanks!

If you check my response to nf1e at 1:50pm you will see that I have essentially already done that. The empty sized case and the 147gr LC M80 ball drop right out. The 168gr Nosler and the 150gr Hornady do not drop out. Now, I don't seat the Hornady to the cannulure, so the bearing surface of the bullet is out further from the case than the 147gr ball. That is why I believe this to be a throat issue.

Doug,
Do you measure the OAL of each round with your calipers?

If you are at 2.80 OAL, the cannelure on the 150s are exposed.

The 150gr has about .185 of full diameter bullet above the case, with COAL of 2.810 per my caliper.

You might try a COL of not more that 2.78 with that bullet and see what happens.
