Default Rebuild Stamp Question

Looked at a couple 03 stocks. One had RRA for Red River Armory maybe. The other I'm not sure of the first letter was stamped GSAA. Do these stamps make sense? What do they stand for?

G SSA=San Antonio Arsenal with G likely being an inspector stamp.

I was thinking San Antonio but the G threw me a curve.

Thanks,
