Default Another pawn shop find

A pawn shop near me has a sporterized Smith Corona 1903a3 with a 364xxxx serial number. It appears to have a matching receiver and barrel as well as original sights, but there are two things that slowed me down. First, it looks like someone polished and blued the barrel. You can still read the arsenal mark, but it looks a bit shiny and deep black. Second, the bolt has either been stripped to bare steel or has maybe been chromed, but it is not mirror finish.

I have a rebuild stock from a DCM rifle my Dad bought in the 60's that should fit. Any thoughts on the difficulty of restoring the barrel or bolt?

Thanks.
