Default Should I shoot this 1903A3?

I just brought home a new to me 1903A3. It looks to my inexperienced eye that it may be all original and unfired. There are a few things that make me question that belief, like the stock appears a bit smoother/shiny compared to my other 1903A3. You can see a little discoloration on the receiver tang from the finish on the wood?? But maybe it's dried linseed oil. The cocking knob also has a bit of yellow paint or discoloration on it too. The bore looks shiny but seems to have cosmoline or grease in it. Just wondering if you experts could take a look at the pictures and give your opinion. I'd like to shoot it if it won't detract too much from collector value. If using the rifle would devalue it, I may sell it and just shoot my Smith Corona. Thanks in advance.

Crud! When I click on the link, all 24 pictures show up for me... Never have good luck with pictures online.

Here's links to all of them separately, kind of a pain.

Not an expert but not seeing a "collector" rifle. Shoot it...I would.

O.G. Is an Arsenal marking. Could be refinished? Shiny stock usually indicates ceremonial use. Maybe not fired since rebuild? I don’t think shooting it will lower value. IMO

Thanks. That's what I really wanted to hear. I really have the itch now to go shooting with this old gal.

It's been rebuilt (see the sanded OGEK) the barrel is a "very" late production barrel and not original to the receiver.

Your rifle has been arsenal-overhauled, re-barreled, refinished, and re-assembled from mixed parts. The rifle has limited collector value. Shoot it and enjoy it, but take care of it.
