Likelihood of getting a LEAD rebuild with a sticky?

When I mail order I always sticky for USGI wood but never anything else. I figure that's about the only request that could be quickly honored without using up valuable company time. The only time I have not received USGI wood was a SG WRA that I ordered in the summer of 2017. It was a 1.25 WRA LEAD with a perfect finish so I didn't mind it not having USGI wood.
