Default Rarity of 5 digit carbines?

Hi Guys,
I received my last order of 3 carbines to round out the collection so I have them all and something good and bad happened. First the three are not in very good wood, which I was prepared to deal with considering they're all rack grade. But the Inland seems like something is wrong, it's a 5-digit receiver #13XXX. It has definitely rebuilt but I think it has the original barrel. Is this something to get excited about or are carbines not necessarily more collectible based on year of manufacture? What year would be appropriate for the original barrel? Thanks for the help, I'll try and get some pictures up soon.

I have an early 5 digit Inland. It was definately rebuilt as it has the type 3 front band and rear sight. Also a low wood stock (probrably chopped down from highwood). The barrel date is 2-42.....It still retains its original push button saftey, flat bolt, and a couple of other trigger group parts from the era.....

Barrel date would be something around July 1942

I got a 9-42 barrel on a Inland BavFP flip in the 62K range a couple wks ago. Most of the bavs have been 1943 or 1944s.
