Default 1903 Springfield drill stock question

Would it be legal under CMP competition rules to use a drill stock or a synthetic stock on a 1903 Springfield?

I don't think so, because the 1903 is only used in "as issued" GSV matches and no synthetic 1903 stocks were "issued." Those stocks were generally not suitable for firing although I have heard of individuals doing so. Good Shooting.......
