Default Dumb question, sorry, but canít find the answer.

If I am lucky enough to get a good number, but all that is left are rack grades and I want a service grade, do I lose my place in line and have to reapply, or do I get put on a list for future service grades, if and when they would arrive?

Been answered before. If you refuse any grade then your name is called then your order is tossed into File 13. Then you will have to wait until the next time they take 1911 orders.

Super, thanks for the quick response. I pawed through the 1911 page and then the various posts, but failed to find it. My clear inability to convert data into information, I guess, as lots of strong opinions out there. Maybe I get the call and maybe I don’t, but I hope everybody can keep cool.

I called Anniston right away but no one can locate my order because I don't have the name or extension of the CMP lady who left my message.

Can you help?

Thanks,
They couldn't locate your packet with your randomly generated number you received via email?

Default call

If you have received a call from us , we will attempt to contact you by phone 2-3 more times and then will send you an email which you will then have 5 business days to respond to.

Just curious but are there still individuals, like myself, that have not been contacted as of today?

Look at other threads in 1911 - i.e. RNG thread - etc - probably about 11,000 people have not been contacted....

We are still in the process of notifying everyone of their RGN number.

Correct me if I'm wrong but there are 19K packets and only 8K 911's available. So even if you can get notified of your RGN, that doesn't mean you will have the opportunity to purchase one unless you RGN is picked. Does this sound right?

Correct, if your number is above the number on hand, working number is 8000, then you will wait until the next shipment of 1911s, most likely later this year...my guess in the fall.
